Event Policies


· BOOKING AN EVENT ·

To officially reserve a space, a signed copy of the Event Policy Agreement and a deposit are required.
The deposit is equal to 20% of the Food & Beverage Minimum and will be applied to the final bill. The F&B Minimum will be communicated by the Event Coordinator upon receipt of your inquiry.

Cocktail Parties

If you are hosting a cocktail party, you may choose to provide an unlimited appetizer package, or order a la carte.

Appetizer packages feature unlimited dishes for the duration of your event and are great for all occassions! You can relax and enjoy your party knowing that your guests won’t go hungry!


Dinner Parties

Pre fixe menus are required for dinner parties of 20 or more guests. Choose between 2, 3 or 4 courses with dish selections from the current dinner menu of your choice!
We do our very best to accommodate allergy or dietary restrictions case-by-case.

Dinner parties of less than 20 guests may choose to have a pre fixe menu, or order a la carte.


Beverages

Kingston Station offers a variety of beverage options on the Event Menus, from drink tickets to open and cash bars, however the options are limitless! If you don’t see an existing option you feel fits your event, just let us know and we’ll make it happen!

Kingston Station does not charge booking or space fees!

Gratuity
Please accept 20% gratuity for all parties of 6 or more guests.

Dessert Fee: 20 each
If you plan to provide your own desserts, we’d be happy to refridgerate them for you until it’s time to be served.

Corkage Fee: 20 each
(limited to wine and champagne)
